Mamas Get Moving!
Whether you need to shed some baby weight or just get to the top of your game, you will love working out in the park with other moms AND your baby! Sure there are stroller fitness programs all over town, but come to one of these classes and you will get far more than just a stroller work out! Personal trainers will lead you through a one hour work out that includes resistance bands, your stroller if you have one, upper body exercices and some cardio.
Each Mamas Get Moving session includes your baby or toddler in the fun and we hope that you’ll be begging for mercy while you shed pounds and improve your health.
