Erica has been hiking with CMM since 2007, when her first child was born and she needed to meet other like-minded mamas who wanted to get outside and raise children who would love to do the same! In 2008 she began leading Baby Hikes, and now you'll find her leading the Toddlers as we explore local trails. She lives in Morrison with her husband and 2 kids, is a Doula, and loves to run, practice yoga and enjoy our beautiful state. She encourages all moms to come on out and try a hike!

Rachel has been hiking with Mountain Mamas since 2008 when her son Aidan was born. Getting outside, being with other moms, and having hikes on her schedule helped her with postpartum depression. She started leading some baby hikes, but then quickly moved to toddler hikes. Aidan's screaming in the backpack on every hike helped make that transition happen quickly! Now her daughter, Ella, is walking along the trail - mooching snacks from everyone and enjoying being outside!

Megan May (meganm321@yahoo.com)
Colorado Springs
Megan was born and raised in Colorado Springs. After a decade away, she returned to be with her family, met and married her handsome soldier, and had her beautiful daughter, Sophie. Prior to having Soph, yoga was a huge part of her life. Afterwards, although she continued her home practice, she found herself missing that wonderful sense of community that she found at the studio. After one hike with Mountain Mamas, she knew she had found an amazing community again! She loves meeting new moms on the hikes, learning from other mothers' experiences, and just enjoying great laughs and conversation. Aside from hiking and yoga, she loves traveling, cooking, photography, time with friends and family, and more then anything, her phenomenal husband and joyful daughter. She is also a history teacher, but is taking time off to stay home with Sophie. In the meantime, she takes Real Estate photography and leads hikes!
